  • Speech with Layla is an out-of-network provider and does not bill or communicate with insurance companies directly. After payment, I am happy to provide families with superbills and appropriate supporting documentation that they may submit to their insurance company for possible reimbursement. Coverage varies by plan, and reimbursement cannot be guaranteed, so I recommend contacting your insurance provider to ask about your out-of-network speech-language therapy benefits.

  • Rates vary depending on the type of service and session length. All costs will be clearly explained before scheduling, so families can make an informed decision before beginning services. Please contact me for current evaluation, therapy, and consultation rates.

  • I believe therapy should be thoughtful, purposeful, and focused on meaningful progress. I continually assess how a child is responding, whether skills are improving and generalizing beyond our sessions, and how treatment can be adjusted to help them move forward. Therapy is not intended to continue indefinitely. The ultimate goal is for each child to communicate as independently and confidently as possible and, when appropriate, no longer require speech-language services. This progress-focused approach is especially important in speech sound therapy, where treatment should build skills that carry over into everyday communication and lead toward discharge.

  • Payments are processed securely through Ivy Pay. Credit cards, debit cards, and eligible HSA and FSA cards are accepted. Payment is due at the time of service.

  • I provide therapy in-home, at daycares and schools, virtually, and from my office in Morningside, Edina. In-person services are available in Edina and select surrounding areas, with virtual services available throughout California.
